The Problem

The work took
a year. The report
is due in 30 days.

Grant reporting isn't just paperwork. It's the evidence that determines whether your funder renews your grant, whether your board stays engaged, whether leadership understands what their investment actually produced.

Most organizations pour everything into the work itself — and then scramble to compress twelve months of impact into a document nobody has time to read. The story gets buried. The numbers go uncontextualized. The outcomes look smaller than they actually are.

That's where we come in.

What We Do

We translate your work
into reports people read.

Our reporting isn't a data dump. It's a clear, designed, strategically written document built for the audience that's going to receive it — and the decisions that audience has to make.

01

For Funders

Reports that protect your next grant cycle — built around the outcomes funders actually measure, with the narrative, metrics, and visuals that make renewal conversations easier.

02

For Boards

Clear, scannable reports that keep your board engaged between meetings — so governance decisions are informed and your leadership has the context they need to advocate for you.

03

For Leadership

Internal reports that turn scattered data into strategic clarity — so executives can make decisions with confidence and communicate progress to their own stakeholders.

What You Get

Deliverables designed
for the decisions ahead.

Full Impact Report

A designed document that tells the story of your year — with narrative, metrics, case examples, and visuals aligned to your funder's reporting framework.

Executive Summary

A 1–2 page version of the full report — the exact document your board chair, CEO, or program officer needs before a meeting. Clear, confident, scannable.

Data Visualizations

Charts, graphs, and infographics that translate complex data into clear visual stories — built so decision-makers understand the insight in seconds, not minutes.

Quarterly Dashboards

For ongoing engagements — a simple, recurring dashboard that keeps your board and leadership current between annual reports, not just once a year.

Stakeholder Narrative

The human stories behind the numbers — ethically gathered, thoughtfully written case examples that give your data emotional weight without compromising dignity or privacy.

Funder-Ready Appendices

The supporting documentation most teams forget until the week before the deadline — budget tables, methodology notes, outcome frameworks. Pre-built, reviewed, ready.

A report isn't finished when the data is collected. It's finished when the people reading it understand exactly what the work produced — and what to do next.

How It Works

Built around
your calendar.

Every engagement starts with your reporting deadline and works backwards. No last-minute scrambles, no compromises on quality.

01

Intake & Alignment

We review your grant requirements, reporting framework, and the audiences the report needs to serve. One call, clear scope, aligned expectations.

02

Data Review & Narrative

We work with your team to gather the data, identify the story, and fill the gaps. You don't have to hand over perfect information — we help you find it.

03

Draft & Design

A first draft of the full report — written, designed, data-visualized — with room for your team to review, react, and refine before final delivery.

04

Delivery & Support

Final files in every format you need — print-ready PDF, digital version, presentation slides. We stay available for questions, revisions, and next-cycle planning.

Common Questions

Before you reach out.

How far in advance should we engage you before a reporting deadline?

Ideally 6–8 weeks before your deadline. That gives us time to do the work properly — intake, data gathering, drafting, review, and design. We can work faster for urgent deadlines, but the best reports come from the breathing room to do it right.

What if our data is messy or incomplete?

Most of our clients start there. Part of what we do is help you organize what you have, identify what's missing, and figure out how to fill the gaps before the deadline. You don't need to hand over a polished dataset — you just need to be willing to work with us to get there.

Can you work with our existing reporting framework or grant template?

Yes. Whether your funder uses a custom framework, a standard template, or gives you free rein, we build around whatever structure you need. We've worked within federal grant reporting requirements, foundation outcome frameworks, and internal board templates.

Do you work with healthcare organizations that have HIPAA requirements?

Yes. Our team has more than a decade of direct healthcare experience, and we understand the compliance landscape. We work with de-identified data, follow institutional protocols, and sign BAAs when needed.

Is this a one-time engagement or ongoing?

Both. Some clients hire us for a single annual report. Others engage us on a quarterly or annual retainer for ongoing reporting to boards, funders, and leadership. We can design the engagement around your reporting calendar.

What does an engagement typically cost?

It depends on scope — the length of the report, how much data prep is needed, whether design is involved, and whether it's a one-time or recurring engagement. After a short intake call, we'll send you a clear proposal with fixed pricing. No surprises.
